EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM

Due to high demand for a full day program to meet the needs of working families, Princeton Christian has implemented during the school year an extended day program for K-3 (half-day program) and K-4 (full-day program) through 6th grade students. After school supervision is in place for students grades 7^th –12^th.

Features:

a.         Arrival times as early as 7:00 AM

b.         Individual help on homework is given by adult supervisors

c.         Structured activity with play area and games provided

d.         Snack available at minimal cost

e.         Weekly or intermittent participation  ($3.75 minimum)

Fee Schedule

Pre-Care:

K-3 – 6TH                              Daily Rate                                                       Weekly Rate

After Care:               

K-3 (full day) - 12th               Daily Rate                                                       Weekly Rate

                        3:15-6:00                     $ 3.75/hr. (minimum charge)                           $52.50

Notes:

1.         Students must be signed-up (by completing an “Extended Care Commitment4 Card”) in order to qualify for the weekly rate.  If a student uses aftercare on an irregular basis, the daily rate will be charged.

 2.         A fee of $1.50 per minute will be charged for all late pickups after 6:00 PM.

3.         All fees for this program are payable on the first of each month.  A late payment fee of $50.00 will be assessed if not received by the fifth of the month following the billing period.  Statements are issued the fifth of each month.  Failure to pay promptly will result in immediate disenrollment from the program.

4.         It is MANDATORY that all elementary students participate in this program if arriving prior to 8:00 AM and/or departing after 3:15 PM.  ENROLLMENT IN THE SCHOOL IS CONTINGENT UPON THIS UNDERSTANDING.

5.         It is MANDATORY that all secondary students attend a supervised aftercare program if staying on PCS property after 3:15 PM.  A student involved in an extracurricular activity (i.e.: sports, drama practice, clubs, etc.) is exempt from this requirement however, the student must be under direct supervision of a staff member.
